Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Krouned Body Care promise to ship all orders within 4-7 business days. Delivery date may change due to weather conditions. Orders are mailed to the buyer’s address unless otherwise specified.  A tracking number will be sent to the customer's emailed address. Krouned body care does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items and will not provide a refund for such items. Contact the shipping company for better assistant to locate your product(s).

  • Krouned Body Care provides international shipping to the following countries: Jamaica, Canada, Anguilla, Trinidad & Tobago, Bahamas, Barbados, Cayman Islands, Guam, Guyana, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, France, U.S. Virgin Islands, United Kingdom, U.S Minor Outlying Islands.

  • A tracking number will be provided for all shipped products.

  • Large items are packaged in sturdy boxes and small items may be packaged in padded envelopes.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • ALL RETURNS- please email krounedbodycare@gmail.com to notify us of all returns and for instructions on how to successfully return the item.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF PRODUCTS ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN OPENED.

  • DAMAGED PRODUCTS (not melted or heat related) may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days after delivery. Customers must send pictures of each damaged item within 4 days of receiving product. ABSOLUTELY NO refunds or exchanges after 7 days of delivery.

  • ABSENT PRODUCTS must be reported within 4 days of delivery. Krouned body care will not be responsible for products not reported absent more than 4 days after delivery.

  • Items returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, being unclaimed at shipping company or refused, are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Or the buyer may have to pay the shipping fee to reship the items. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE because it is paid to the shipping company and not kept by Krouned Body Care.
